Your presentation today, Jeremy, was invaluable as I sometimes need these skills when working with leaders in my team.  Not to catch them out in a lie, rather to be able to ascertain their level of commitment.

What I really learned also was to watch for people's behaviour and that will then assist in knowing when they are not being true to themselves or it may be that there are other things on their mind or in their life. After all, knowing your people ought to be the sign of a good leader. Once again thank you.
